Job Description:

Focus on Process Launch to Production, maintaining the process and equipment and processes continuous improvement for cost down in assembly department.

Ensuring EH&S and Process Safety compliance in mechanical parts of the plant.

Set up criticality or priority of different equipment of the plant and develop maintenance procedures.

Focus on reliability issues, do RCI when maintenance or reliability RCI trigger is met.

Analyze major equipment failures of the plant and take corrective actions to reduce failures and maintenance cost and man hours.

Evaluates/validates the impact of corrective actions that impact availability/ reliability and leverages solutions from the DGA to increase the plant reliability; and evaluating whether new equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.

Set up and promote PM system at the plant, and evaluates effectiveness of individual aspects of the PM program and adjust the procedure periodically

Set up spare part procedure and evaluate spare part consumptions to optimize the inventory

Seeking opportunities to improve the plant reliability, plan and implement improvement projects in the plant

Cooperate with local authorities for legal and mandatory inspections and take actions to ensure compliance

Provides technical expertise and technical training to plant personnel and maintenance contractors on troubleshooting failures, repairs

Updating technical documentations

Other works assigned by supervisor and department

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Automation, Mechanical and Electronic engineering or other related discipline.

More than 5 year of experience in relevant manufacturing environment.

High skills in mechanical or electrical problems solving.

Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.

Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and a team player with pro-active attitude.
