Responsibilities:

1. Monthly production capacity & plan review for multi products (chatons, cup chains , flatbacks, PVD, mesh, etc.).

2. Working with sales department and monthly plan to setup the weekly and daily production schedule.

3. Raw Materials and other materials monthly forecast and consumption comparison with forecast.

4. FG and WIP inventory control and reduction.

5. Initiate actions to correct deviations from planning. Monitor the progress in production and coordinate the realization.

6. Predict and highlight the production bottleneck or material shortage risk in the near future. Work closely with the related

teams to remove obstacles and ensure production and orders run smoothly.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering education background (industrial engineering) is a plus.

2. More than 5 years experience of planning in similar industry.

3. Master ERP (SAP) system.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive with cross-functional initiatives.

5. Excellent analytical skills & Problem solving.

6. Team-work.

7. Very good skill with excel.

8. Good English skill.

9. Flexible, able to fina inventive solutions.
