Responsiblities:

1.按客户（或潜在客户）的要求，负责对船厂或船东的相关人员进行柴油机安装、维修保养、操作使用的技术培训；组织编写适合船厂、船东人员培训的各类教材或说明书；代表公司负责对客户技术培训的各项管理工作。

Deliver training of diesel installation,maintenance or operation instruction to shipyard or ship owner according to customer's (or potential customer's) request; write reading materials or user manual suitable for shipyard or ship owner;be responsible for technical training to customer and related management work on beharf of company.

2.负责公司产品在用户安装和调试过程中的技术服务，解决用户的投诉；负责公司产品在保修期范围的技术服务；负责提供超出供货合同范围的各项技术服务，并负责该类技术服务合同的签订及价格结算；负责发生海外维修时与专利方服务的费用清算。

Be responsible for technical services during product installation and commissioning and deal with customer complain;be responsible for technical service within warranty period;be responsible for technical service beyond contract scope and pricing charge and sign the technical service contract;be responsible for claim charge for oversea maintenance or license service.

3.负责维修所需备件备品清单的编制及生产组织；负责维修过程中损坏部件的返工、返修及生产组织；负责服务维修人员的组织和管理工作；负责技术服务成本预算控制。

Be responsible for preparing bill of material for spare parts and organize production;be responsible for repairing destroyed components when maintenance;be responsible for oaganizing and managing maintenance staff;be responsible for controlling technical sevice cost.

4.负责收集技术服务过程中公司各类产品的质量数据，进行损失统计，编写产品损失分析报告；负责收集技术服务过程中与提高、改进公司产品技术相关的资料，及时传递到技术部门；负责收集船厂、船东对公司产品和服务满意度信息，及时传递到相关部门。

Be responsible for collecting product quality data during technical service,analyze loss and write product loss analysis report;be responsible for collecting information and materials which is useful to improve product,pass the information to technical department;be responsible for cunducting customer satisfaction survey from shipyard and ship owner and pass to relevant department.

5.负责公司产品备配件的销售工作。

Be responsible for product spare parts sale.

6.负责公司领导交办的其他工作。

Be responsible for other works assigned by superiors in the company.

Requirments:

1.柴油机或机械或相关专业，本科以上学历。

Major in Disel or Mechanical or related, Bachelor degree or above.

2.5年以上柴油机或相关行业工作经验，3年以上船用柴油机技术服务管理经验。

Minimum 5 years' experience in diesel engines or related industry,minimum 3 years' experience in diesel technical service management.

3.优秀的沟通能力。

Excellent communication skill.

4.优秀的领导能力。

Strong leadership.

5.英语使用熟练。

Be able to use English as a working language both oral and written.

6.能承受工作压力。

Can work under pressure.

7.工作主动，善于自我激励。

Be self-motivated and positive.
