2. 安装队伍的招聘，培训以及日常管理，安装人员绩效考核

3. 安装计划的制定和跟踪，安装力量的组织调度，安装现场巡视检查。

4. 安装方案的优化，领导解决安装中出现的问题包括提供技术方案

5.安装流程，安装规范的建立和监督执行

6. 协助销售团队进行技术方面的客户接洽

7. 报告系统

技能要求：

1 熟悉机械和电气产品的安装和使用

2 具备团队特别是现场安装人员的管理经验

3 具备良好的沟通能力以及团队建设能力

4 有畜牧场特别是猪场设备安装管理经验者优先考虑

5 能运用CAD进行简单的机械制图,有一定的英文读写能力优先考虑
