岗位描述：

1. 协助安装部经理对全国范围安装工作的管理和调度。
2. 制定安装现场的管理规范，包括现场物料，工具的管理。
3. 负责对安装团队成员的培训，指导和考核。
4. 安装项目成本的核算和控制。
5. 项目人力组织安排和工作流程方案制定。

1. 2年以上工程安装或售后服务团队的管理经验。
2. 本岗位要求2/3时间在国内猪场项目所在地出差，不能长期出差者勿投！
3. 有一定的机械设备产品知识（饲料传输系统）并知晓工程类项目的运行和管理细节。
4. 有农业项目（猪场，鸡场）设备设施安装管理经验的优先考虑。
