Accountability（岗位职责）：

1. Develops, evaluates and improves manufacture methods.

2. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

3. Creates and implements routings, standards, and production procedures including visual aids and work instructions.

4. Confers with design staff concerning design and development of new products to ensure efficient production methods. Coordinates the implementation of new products into production

5. Coordinates design and build of mechanical and test equipment and evaluates according to specifications and quality standards.

6. Ability to design, program and debug automation controls equipment ,including Programmable Logic Controls, Robot, Operator Display,HMI, Industrial Personal Computer

7. Identify when automation controls need to be enhanced and provide scope of work

8. Aid in troubleshooting complex systems with multiple controllers and various communication methods ( ie. Ethernet, Profibus, Serial )

9. Can study and improve automation systems to provide desired production and quality levels.

10. Understanding of pneumatic and electrical controls.

11. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information of management decisions.

12. Analyzes capacity and develops plans for new equipment.

13. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

14. Responds to production line problems regarding equipment, processes, and materials.

15. Manage facility safety, environmental and statutory compliance programs including reporting and permitting.

Qualification（任职要求）：

1. Four or more years of experience in manufacture and bachelors degree preferred.

2. Familiar with CNC system, Master PLC controller, Industrial Personal Computer.

3. Have knowledge of the manufacturing processes.

4. Show real capacity to analyze and resolve the technical problems

5. Show analytical and organizational mind, and method and accuracy in his actions

6. Have good communication ability and team work spirit, have open mind and be creative and innovative.
