SCOPE:

• The position covers 3 key job functions. 1. Equipment Engineering. 2. Process Engineering 3. NPI

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Equipment Engineering: To be responsible for the EL plant equipment preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, spare part management, fixture/tooling maintenance, test program management. The equipment includes SMT equipment, Wave soldering equipment, ICT, FCT, ect.
• Process Engineering: To be responsible for developing the manufacturing process and its documents, process performance kaizen including quality and efficiency, quality problem solving, efficiency kaizen, ect.
• NPI: To lead the plantwide NPI activities until SOP. To lead the key NPI gate review. To co-ordinate the activities of R&D, Sales, Sourcing & Purchasing, and operations in QD plant. To follow up the corrective actions of all functions.
• To manage the EL engineering team and provide engineering support to productions. To build and grow the team's PCBA engineering key competency.
• To support plant wide EHS activities. To conduct regular EHS audit and lead the EL engineering team to improve the EL workshop EHS performance.
• To lead the continuous improvement of EL workshop， including the layout kaizen, internal process yield improvement, labor efficiency improvement, machine OEE improvement, ect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical/Electronic or related
• At least 7-10 years working experience in relevant
• Good interpersonal communication skill and leadership skill
• SMT equipment engineering background is preferred. To be familiar with PCBA key equipment and PCBA processes.
• English speaking oral and written is a MUST
