We currently have an excellent opportunity for an EM PPE Engineer to join our organization in Qingdao, China.

SCOPE:
Responsible for new product introduction and customer qualification, and maintain the data in Plex system; optimize the product design, improve product quality, reduce product cost.
负责新产品的客户确认和生产导入以及公司Plex系统的维护；优化产品设计，提高产品质量，降低产品成本。

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prepare new product BOM, consumption quota , inspection standard, drawing, packing specification and other related technical documents, and maintain the data to the Plex system.
编制新产品的BOM/消耗定额/检验标准/图纸/包装运输规范等相关技术文件，并对Plex系统进行数据维护。
Lead new product for pilot run, record and summarize the issues in production, organize relevant departments to carry out the analysis of rectification, and submit manufacturing run report.
主导新产品的试产，记录，汇总产品试产中的问题点，组织相关部门进行分析整改，并提交试产报告。
Responsible for making sample and submit to get customer approval. 负责进行样品的制作并提交客户认可。
Optimize product design to reduce related cost, such as: material localization.
优化产品设计，降低产品相关成本，如：物料的本地化等。
Responsible for the verification of the new materials, and provide sample approval report.
负责对新物料进行验证，并提供样品认可报告。
According to ECR process, release ECN and communicate with related function to implement new ECN in products manufacturing process.
依据公司工程变更申请的流程，下发工程变更通知并与相关部门进行沟通，以确保在产品的生产过程中执行新的工程变更通知。
Provide technical support for production workshop.
对生产车间提供技术支持。

QUALIFICATIONS:
Electrical major, bachelor degree or above 机电专业，本科以上学历
More than 5 years experience in EM product development 有5年以上机电产品开发经验
Skilled use of office software and mechanical drawing software 能熟练使用办公软件和机械制图软件
Have a good ability to communicate with customers 有良好的与客户沟通能力
Good command of English and communication skills, both written and spoken 能熟练使用英语进行沟通，包括书面和口语
