SCOPE:

• Be responsible for the facility equipment and spare parts' management and maintenance; make plan for the maintenance in order to the equipment’s natural service; make sure the company's water, electricity and gas to be used normally; manage and coordinate the subordinate's work.
• 负责公司厂务设备以及备件管理维护，动力设备维护保养计划的实施，做好生产线设备的正常使用。确保公司水电气的正常使用，以保证生产线正常生产。做好与下属维修技术员的沟通协调工作。

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• According to the company's rule to carry out the routine maintenance work, including the factory lighting, pipelines, building facilities, factory water and electrical system, air conditions and so on , to do related records.
• 按照规定负责公司厂务设施，设备例行巡检、维护、保养及大修工作，做好相关记录，包括对厂区照明，管道，建筑等设施定期巡检，发现问题及时解决；对全厂区水电气以及其他设备设施的保养与维护定期检查；对外围空调设备的维修，保养和环境卫生工作等。
• Actively developing the condition detection and diagnosis of Power Equipment Factory Affairs, and preventive maintenance.
• 积极开展厂务动力设备状态检测及诊断，做到预防维修。
• Participate in equipment failure, accident investigation, analysis the cause producing, propose preventive measures.
• 参与设备故障、事故情况的调查，分析产生的原因，提出防范措施。?????
• Do regular access records of the spare parts, and make sure the machine parts and fuel acceptance and safe storage.
• 做好定期盘查仓库备品备件的出入记录，机电零配件及油料验收及安全存放。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Junior College degree or above 大专及以上学历
• More than 5 years' facility equipment maintenance experience and at least 3 year management experience5年以上厂务日常设备维修保养工作经验及3年以上部门管理经验
• Hands-on science and be brave to take on heavy responsibilities 亲身实践和勇挑重担的态度
• Have strong sense of responsibility 富有较强的责任心
