We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Cost Accountant to join our organization in Qingdao, China.

SCOPE:

• Develops, implements and/or maintains cost accounting systems: Journal entries, Costing Ledger, cost check.. etc. Collects data, allocates costs and prepares reports on material cost, labor cost, equipment depreciation, or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are. Maintain the standard cost and prepare/interprets cost variance reports. Responsible for inventory controlling and physical stock taking. Prepare and develop the report of inventory controlling and analysis. Assist manager prepare and analysis the financial report and periodic forecast.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop, implement and maintain cost accounting systems based on the ERP system, prepare cost account booking and costing check.

• Update the standard cost of the actual situation in a timely manner, make sure manufacturing cost allocation rate setting up in reasonable basis
• 标准成本定期维护, 确保制造费用分配标准的合理设定
• Perform monthly end closing of costing and track/analysis cost variance，Prepare reports related to production cost，forecast and budget based on costing analysis
• 成本相关的月末结账,追踪和分析成本差异， 准备成本相关报告，在成本分析的基础上进行预测。
• Inventory controlling and physical stock taking. Prepare Inventory status reporting and analysis .Track cost variances and prepare the cost reporting and analysis
• 成本控制和存货盘点，准备 库存状况和分析报告，监控成本差异， 准备成本分析报告。
• Finance process development and other issues required by manager
• 财务流程维护及经理安排的其它工作

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance/accounting
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP system
• Economic/legal/tax knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 5 years work experience in finance and accounting area, preferably in an international industrial company
