We currently have an excellent opportunity for a GL Accountant to join our organization in Qingdao, China.

SCOPE:

• Maintain, implement and/or develop general accounting systems. Book GL accounts in ERP system and perform monthly/quarterly/yearly end closing, Prepare and interpret financial reporting to meet the requirements by Company/auditing and authorities. Manage Capital Expenditures and fixed assets, control the cost/expenses of plant to meet the target of company. Assist manager setup finance processes and procedures to improve the finance management and internal controlling of company.
• 维护、实施和发展公司总帐会计系统，总账账务处理和月度/季度/年度结账。准备和解释财务报告使其达到公司/审计和政府部门的要求。项目投资和固定资产管理，控制工厂成本费用使其达到公司目标。协助经理建立财务流程提高财务管理和内部控制水平。

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain, implement and/or develop accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, expenses check…etc. Prepare and interprets financial reporting to meet the requirements, rules and regulations by Company.
• 维护、实施和 发展公司会计系统，包括帐目记录，总帐记录和 费用审核等。准备和解释财务报告使其达到公司的要求。
• Fixed assets management , monitor and review capex spending for projects
• 固定资产管理，监督和管理项目投资情况
• Perform Monthly end closing and prepare finical reports to meet the requirements by group company, auditors and local authorities
• 月末结账，准备满足集团公司，审计和政府部门需求的财务报告。
• Assist manager to prepare the company forecast and budgets reporting. Initiate and improve the cost/expenses controlling activity.
• 协助经理编制公司预算报告。促进公司成本费用控制活动的实施。
• Finance process development and other issues required by manager
• 财务流程维护及经理安排的其它工作

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Finance/accounting
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, ERP system and Global reporting system，prefer to with the experience of Plex or HFM
• Economic/legal/tax knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 7 years work experience in finance and accounting area, preferably in an international industrial company
