（主要工作内容）：
1、对项目进行可行性分析并配合拿地；
2、配合销售总监进行项目的产品定位；
3、对已进入城市房地产行业进行监控并出相应的阶段性报告；
4、提供调研报告配合团队制定产品营销方案；
5、跟踪国家出台的房地产相关政策及预测和分析；
6、所有有关市场和项目定位方面工作与销售总监的配合。


岗位要求（学历，知识，技能，相关工作经验等）
1、熟悉房地产政策形势，有大型地产公司或者顾问咨询市场5年以上工作经验；

2、参与3个以上项目土地成功获取工作，5-10个项目定位的经验；对二、三线城市的地产较了解；
3、较强的领导能力，逻辑思维能力，良好的市场敏感度，优秀的文案编撰能力；
