1. 本科以上学历,英语、教育学、人力资源管理或相关专业者优先。
2. 三年以上行政管理后勤岗位经验,具备校务管理经验者优先。
3. 具备英语口头与书面沟通能力,相关英语背景工作经验者优先。
4. 具备较高的人际沟通能力。
5. 重视职业道德,有工作责任心。
6. 具备较强的解决问题能力。
工作职责
1. 理解耀华学校的教育理念、文化和运作流程;
2. 与校长在日常工作中密切合作,给予教学部有效的后勤支持;
3. 检查和督促学校非教学部门的日常运作,确保建立非教学人员与教学人员之间的和谐关系;
4. 检查和督促财务、人事、校务、IT等职能部门的运作,识别并及时妥善处理出现的问题;
5. 完成非教学部门的年度预算, 包括校务、人事等部门;
6. 保持和政府部门的顺畅联络和沟通,了解最新的政策法规,及时作出相应的运营调整。
7 向学校运营总经理定时提交月度工作报告.
Qualifications and requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in English, education, human resources management, or any other relevant disciplinary area is required;
2. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are also required;
3. Appropriate work ethics, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential;
4. Strong problem-solving skills are fundamental;
5. A minimum of three years’ previous experiences working or studying in an English-speaking context is preferred; and
6. Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Understand the organization’s culture, vision, mission, and operation procedures;
2. Work closely with both the IEK principal and the IS principal on a daily basis to make sure the best possible administrative support is provided to both arms of operation;
3. Ensure harmony is maintained between the administrative arm and the academic arm of both IEK and IS and also between the IEK and the IS;
4. Monitor the operation of each of the five functional divisions, i.e., FAD, HRD, SPD, MAD, and ITD, identify and handle problems in a timely and professional manner (Specifically: Advise FAD on developing and implementing the budget; Help HRD to conceptualize training, reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees and enhance productivity at a minimum HR cost; Work with MAD to enhance school visibility and increase enrollment; Push ITD to contribute more to the quality and efficiency of the school);
5. Suggest and implement improvement programs;
6. Communicate efficiently with the Deputy GMSO in all work issues to keep him updated on all major developments and implement his directions; and
7. Prepare the monthly reports to the Deputy GMSO.
