岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、协助培训经理管理教育孵化模块日常工作；
Assist training manager to manage education & brooding function daily works;
2、 组织实施各类公司内部培训，并评估实施效果；
Organize and implement internal training and assess training effect;
3、 联系海外合作高校，共建国际教育平台；
Contact the oversea colleges and universities to set up international education platform;
4、 联系走访全国各大高校，推进人才联合培养计划；
Visit colleges and universities to promote talent training plan;
5、 负责申报各类人才课题及各种课题/基金项目中与人力资源相关的部分；
Declare talent project and a variety of topics / fund project which is related to human resource;
6、博士后工作站及海外实习生的管理；
Manage postdoctoral workstation and foreign intern;
7、上级交代的其他工作。
The other work assigned by the superior.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1、本科以上学历，英文、人力资源管理相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, English or HR related major;
2、一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
1 year working experience or above and excellent graduates are also welcome;
3、英文听说读写流利；
Fluent in English;
4、思维开阔、沟通表达能力良好，具团队精神。
Open mind and excellent communication skills, with team spirit.
