Position: Terminal Tractor EMT Chief Engineer

Work Location: 临港新城

Responsibilities:

?Manage TT engineers and designers located at the Shanghai facility

?Development of EMT products

?Be a technical resource for the overall product and application of Terminal Tractors

?Planning and reporting EMT product development to TT RDE Manager

Requirements:

?Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

?Masters degree a benefit

?10+ years in mechanical design

?Experience with truck-tractor or mobile equipment design preferred

?Licensed PE or ability to obtain PE license preferred

?Strong organization skills

?Strong communication skills

?Strong aptitude toward mechanical design

?Strong managerial skills

?Strong understanding of assembly processes and good understanding of manufacturing processes

?Good skills in 3D CAD systems, CATIAV5 experience preferred

?Good knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems related to mobile equipment

?Fluent in English both spoken and written

?Good problem solving skills

?Willingness to travel domestically and internationally will be required
