主要职责:

Product:Global A radios(include USB radio)

Customer:ShanghaiGM,PATAC

1,Ability to interface with customer and discuss about technical speifications of radio based on GM specifications.

2,Provide technical supprot for quality issues if PASDL requires our assistance.For complicated issues.he/she will escalate issue to PASA development team and provide all necessary info for further analysis.

3,Participate in Global A PDT phone conference meetings with other global team menbers

4.Manage all SGM calibrations and coordinate release of new calibrations with other global resident engineers

5,Manage Resident engineer and deploy him for field support

6,Train resident engineer in field analysis

职位要求：

1、Experience with GMLAN protocol and have experience in handling PATAC/SGM

2、Understanding of GM specifications ,test requirements

3、Patience with customer's inquiry.Requires soft skill in handling customer (build rapport with customer,understand/anticipate customer requests)

4,Understanding of GM/SGM work processes

5,2-3 years of work experience in SGM environment

6,College degree in Computer Engineering

7,Able to communicate in English via email or phone conference
