Key Responsibilities:

?Responsible for credit & collection functions in Greater China region (HK/China/Taiwan/South Korea), including:-
- credit limit approval and credit check
- investigate and follow up overdue payment
- resolve invoice dispute and monitor delinquent account; etc
?Driving down DSO and improve ageing in the budget and/or forecast
?Setting targets on cash receipts and responsible to prepare and deliver cash flow forecast
?Provide insights on credit risks, receivables, bad debts and collection
?Develop and maintain an aligned credit control policy and procedures across the Greater China region
?Continue to improve the process and procedures so as to maximize efficiency of the team and support same day delivery with minimal business risk
?Provide timing statutory and local reports to the Group, senior management and key stakeholders
?Collaborate with Finance Managers in the region to deliver the Group reporting requirements
?Provide adequate training to the Credit and Collection team in the region
?Other ad hoc activities as assigned

Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree major in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
?Over 8 years commercial experience, at least 3 years at supervisory level in similar role, with proven record to manager a team across regions.
?Excellent skills in Excel is a must and familiar with ERP system (SAP preferential)
?Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
?Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
?Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with teams across diverse functions and dynamic environment, independent & organized, self-motivated, passionate and eager to take on challenges
