Job Responsibility:
* Organize the quality team members to meet the quality target of the company
* Setup the in process quality control rules for each processes
* Monitor quality system operating, follow quality system procedure to organize the on site quality check and record.
* Responsible for customer complaint processing, cost measuring, reporting.
* Communicating with Division, local vendor for quality issues.
* Using the quality statistics technique to analyze the quality problems and initiate the solution.
* Implement internal NCR control process to reduce the scarp rate of mis-operation.
* Evaluate the potential quality risk and develop mistake proofing system

Qualifications:
* College degree or above
* Familiar with ISO 9001, QS-9000 and other related quality system, having relevant certificates
* Experiences on inspection and test technology
* At least 3 years relevant experiences
* CET—4 or above
* Good command of Chinese and English
* Familiar with office software
* With strong communication skill
