Job Responsibility:

· Liaise/ work closely with Division and factory applications team on technical support documents（MAP/Catalogues/Technical Agreement etc.）/product design to beat competition or resolve any quality issue.

· Support the sales team on product /applications issues pertaining to hydraulic filtration products,especially focusing on condition monitory products .

· Conduct product training to internal sales team/customers/distributor to raise the level of hydraulic filtration products application “know-how”;

· Joint visit with sales team to help resolve product application problem including making recommendations and suggested solution to help sales growth especially focusing on CMC.

· Support in on-site application services.



Qualifications:

· Mechanical & Hydraulic engineering background is must

· Minimum 3-5 years working experience, with knowledge of hydraulic /hydralic fitration is preferred.

· Previous experience in technical support/trouble-shooting with end-customers/distributor prefered.

· Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contact.

· Understanding, reading and written English is a requirement. Good verbal English is an advantage.

· Willing to learn new knowledge, able to work independently under pressure.

· Good self management and team spirit
