As Group Product Manager, you are responsible for developing the strategic direction of one most exciting skincare brands in the China marketplace. Leading a small team you will determine local strategy working with senior management based on your deep understanding of the market and your brand. You will have significant responsibility for both the longer term strategic agenda and also ensuring commercial performance.

Report to the Head of Marketing, you are required to work closely with the sales teams to beat commercial target set for your brand. Determining media strategy and working with our agencies to plan media spend. Work closely with sales teams to beat commercial targets set for your brand. You will lead your team to create compelling in store theatre that results in consumers switching to your brand portfolio or maintaining their loyalty. You will make a significant contribution to decision making for the brand in the longer term. You will work closely with the communications teams to make sure all PR opportunities are maximised.

To be qualified for the position, you will have the following preferred qualifications:

• Educated to degree level
