职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Work with sales team on forecast analysis, challenge assumptions of future demands, and define proper demand into SAP;
2. Gap identification between forecast and sales, adjust planning in SAP on monthly basis;
3. Conduct supply plan based on demand and work closely with procurement to make sure the supply on schedule;
4. Conduct on weekly production plan with consideration of capacity constraints and customer demand priority;
5. Make forecast plan for all materials, semi-finished good that relative to production and monitor the daily consuming upon the forecast and inventory;
6. Plan and maintain safety stock of factory and DC and other MRP information for different products in SAP according to sales trend and market development;
7. Monitor inventory of FG within proper turnover referring to sales amount and follow up disposal of slow-moving products.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience with supply chain background (demand plan, production plan, inventory management)
3. ERP or similar system experience preferred.
4. Strong team work spirit.
5. Can work under pressure.
6. Logical thinking and analytical skills
7. Good command of spoken/written English and computer skills especially EXCEL
8. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
9. Driven, positive, and down to earth; quick learner
10. Hard working, detail-oriented
