岗位职责：

1、 华东、华北及东北财务相关所有运作和执行的管理；
2、 SCALA系统的日常管理；
3、 按照国家和集团的要求和规章，处理所有财务安排；
4、 制定每年财务报告、财务预算和每季的预测；
5、 监控公司的现金流和财务状况；
6、 负责内部监控；
7、 与银行、税务、审计等机构保持良好关系；
8、 准备各类财务、税务、审计和法定的报告；
9、 财务部门管理工作；
9、 保持员工满意度；
10、 负责与其他部门及外部单位的沟通和协调；
11、 支持并推动ISO9000,1SO14001及OSA18000管理体系活动的开展，确保质量、职业健康安全和环境的KPI指标在体系目标内运行并符合体系审核要求；
12、 执行其他被委派的工作任务。

任职资格

1 、 本科以上财会或经济类专业学历，CPA优先；
2、 8年以上财务工作经验，其中3年以上跨国公司主管经验
3、 能够使用中、英文进行财务分析；
4、 较强的文字处理和分析能力；
5、 良好的管理、沟通能力；
6、 能够承担工作压力；
7、 熟练使用MS Excel, Word、PowerPoint和Access
8、 英语流利
