-General Job Description:

1) Be responsible for on overseas suppliers invoice entry into SAP timely and accurately;

2) Be responsible for three-way match for purchase order, communicate with purchase department for any problems;

3) GR/IR account monitoring and follow-up on regular basis

4) Strictly in accordance with payment processes and payment term to run mature payment.

5) Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AP, and ensure proper follow-up

6) 3rd/Interco AP statement reconciliation, etc.

7) Other ad hoc projects where necessary

-Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree major in accounting/finance

2) At least 2 years accounting related experience

3) Good English in writing and speaking

4) Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibilities

5) Ability to effectively use SAP or other tool is preferred

6) Proficient in office software, especially excel

- General Job Description
· Optimize and implement the procedures/processes for application test
· Support lab technicians to fulfil application test accord to requests from customers
· Consolidate and report application test result/evaluation to relevant teams
· Regular review & optimize the cooperation routine with relevant teams
· Maintenance of failure code catalog and failure analysis database
· Cooperate with lab service team to keep all test equipments working well


-Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above on mechanical and/or refrigeration engineering
· Relevant knowledge of lab operation and management is required
· More than 4 years of related working experience on refrigeration related test
· Be good at systemic thinking problem solving, as well as skilled on summarizing and reporting
· Good English on both oral and written
· Be conscientious, exact (Detail orientated) and open-minded with fast learning ability

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
