职位描述
Job Functions:
1. Compliance with local and Grace Health/Safety/Environmental policy, ensure on site maintenance activities and contractor’s job fully reach to HSE requirement.
- Compliance with codes and standards ，to set up and optimize PM system of plant equipment and facilities, handling and reduce emergency maintenance and to implement corrective maintenance, in order to improve equipment uptime, quality and speed rates.
3. Maintains and administers overtime procedures and labor reporting and document
preparation.
4. Coordination work with electrical and instrument team , as well as give strong support to production department and relative department. Support plant expansion project work.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Checking and implement HSE standard , working permit, safety check list before and after work. Monitor local contractor’s work to meet standard.
2. Participate daily maintenance work on site , give maintenance persons technical support and on job training.
3. Per requirement of ISO9000/14001, to setup and optimize key equipment inspection and maintenance plan, and the PM plan will cover all plant facilities and equipment within 2 to 3 years
4. Maintenance and keep equipment files, update files content in time. According to the files data base , to optimize PM system , obtain activities PM , reduce down time.
5. Participate daily meeting with production/EHS/maintenance , share information within departments.
6. Update maintenance SOP of mechanical equipment , included : special equipment.
7. in charger of workshop tools and personal tools management , routine safety inspection , storage, application, rent ,etc.
8. Set up key equipment and key spare parts list, optimize stock volume, and trigger purchase request , localization import spare parts .
9. Support plant expansion projects .
Skills and abilities:
1. 8 years work experience in maintenance area, familiar with mechanical electrical and instrument
2. chemical manufacturing working experience is perfect.
3. College or above, major: mechanical, electrical , instrument,
4. Can read and write English manual book and documentation
