岗位职责

1、负责总经理与各部门之间的沟通协调并协助管理；

2、负责总经理的日常工作、行程安排；

3、负责总经理文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；

4、 负责总经理日常经营工作中文件的起草；

5、负责来访的接待；

6、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料；

7、协助公司进出口、销售等相关业务的办理。


任职资格

1、英语熟练（8级），35岁以下，本科毕业；男女不限，身体健康，相貌端正；

2、有三年以上大中型企业总经理助理或相关管理经验，有外企工作经验、营销及管理工作经验优先；

3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，公文写作功底扎实；

4、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；

5、有文秘、企业管理、英语类相关专业背景优先。

    Since the foundation of the company in 1893, KLINGSPOR has formed the history of modern grinding through a diversity of innovations. For more than a hundred years, KLINGSPOR has been a symbol for innovation, competence and quality. KLINGSPOR has 4 manufactory sites, 13 processing centers, 30 sales offices all over the world, and over 50,000 different articles in stock, providing customized solutions for the needs of regional markets. Our daily delivery are 200 tons of abrasives to 80 countries worldwide, from Iceland to Argentina, from U.S.A to Tahiti, “Made by KLINGSPOR” is very well received. Company annual sales achieved over 250 million Euros.
