职位描述

1. 区域销售计划的制定与执行:Formulate and implement regional sales plan:
根据本区域内各目标客户群的需求分析及公司年度销售计划,分解并制定本区域销售人员具体的销售目标;组织下属执行销售政策及策略,指导下属的销售业务技能,检查、监督销售计划的完成情况,出现偏差及时纠正,保证实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标;Formulate and decompose regional specific sale target for subordinate in line with regional target clients’ demand analysis and Company’s annual sales plan. Organize subordinate to implement sales policy and strategy, also conduct their sales operation skill, review and supervise sales plan fulfillment with timely correcting deviation to achieve regional market share and sales target.
2. 市场开发:Market development
根据公司业务发展战略及销售部门的经营目标,组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案,促进公司及产品品牌的提升;了解客户需求动态,指导下属挖掘潜在客户,并对客户开发情况进行跟踪; Organize implementation of regional market development plan and concrete implementation plan to promote improving company and products brand, in line with company business development strategy and sales DEP’ operation objectives. Understand clients demand trends, conduct subordinates to discover potential clients and track their development.
3. 客户关系管理:Customer relation management:
根据公司业务发展需要,通过组织安排客户到公司考察、参观交流等方式建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道;负责拜访本区域的重要客户,监督、检查销售人员对客户的定期访问情况,随时了解客户要求;及时处理客户异议和投诉,以提高客户满意度,建立长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系;Organize clients to make on site visit to build smooth communication channel in line with company business development. Pay a visit to VIP client, supervise and review subordinates’ regular visit development, understand the clients’ demand at any time. Handle with clients’ objection and complaint to improve customer satisfaction, and build a long term, good and steady client relations.
4. 售后服务:After-sale service
依据公司的售后服务规定及产品特点,通过与客户服务、技术等相关部门沟通,协助组织、协调所辖区域的到货、产品安装、技术支持、售后维修等工作,共同实现售后服务目标;Assist in organize and coordinate the regional arrival, installing, after-sale repair with communication with CS, Technical etc. according to company after-sale regulations and products’ feature, to achieve after-sale service target.
5. 销售回款:Pay collection:
指导下属收集信息、评估客户资信及对公司的重要程度,审批客户资信额度,并随时跟踪资信使用情况,确保其处于正常范围;每月分析下属的应收帐反馈信息,指导下属提高回款技能,确保货款顺利回收;Conduct subordinates to collect information, assess client credit and importance to company, approve customer credit limit and track development of credit use to insure it’s in normal range. Monthly analysis subordinates’ feedback of account receivable, and conduct them to improve skills of return money to insure smoothly pay collection.
6. 销售费用控制:Sales expense control
根据公司的销售费用管理规定及销售部门的费用预算指标,组织下属严格按照费用预算指标完成销售任务,审核、控制并不断降低销售费用;Organize subordinates to finish sales targets strictly according to expense budget index in line with company sales expense management regulations and Sales DEP expense budget index. Verify and control sales cost, and reduce sales cost.
7. 销售团队建设:
根据公司的长远发展需要和规章制度,组织对下属员工的招聘、培训、工作任务分配及业务指导等,制定下属的考核目标并定期沟通绩效评估结果、提出改进建议,帮助下属员工提高工作业绩,增强团队凝聚力和合作精神,支持销售目标的达成。 Organize subordinates’ recruiting, training, work assignment and business conduct, and formulate assess target with regular assessment and improving suggestions in line with company long term development and regulations. Also help subordinate improve work performance, strengthen team cohesion and cooperation to support them to achieve sales target.
8. 销售信息管理:Sales information management
根据公司业务发展需要及区域市场特点,组织下属收集、整理本区域的产品市场行情变化及重点竞争对手的市场/销售策略等信息,并对市场信息进行分析、预测并制定对策,及时向相关部门提供建议;对客户档案、交易记录等进行综合分析;保证销售信息的及时性、准确性和完整性,为销售、采购、生产等决策的制定提供支持;Organize subordinates to collect, classify the market trends,key competitor’s market/sales strategy etc. Analyze and forecast the market information to formulate policy, also provide suggest to relative DEP in time. Comprehensive analysis to client file, trading record, etc.. Ensure timely, accuracy, and complete sales information to support formulating sales, purchase, production decision making, etc..
