职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
2. Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
3. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
4. Working out the human and material resources needed;
5. Drafting a timescale for the job;
6. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
7. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
8. Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
9. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
10. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
11. Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
12. Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
13. Identifying training needs
Main Requirements:
1. Bachlor degree or above
2. Bachlor's degree or above, with at least 10-year supply chain management, including 3 years as team leader working experience is preferred
3. Good communication and planning skills
4. Able to work under pressure
5. Having high attention to details
6. Being able to work with a team
7. Being able to motivate and teach others
8. Having strong math skills
9. Having good problem solving abilities.Has strong math
