任职资格：
1）正规设计类专业毕业，有较高的美学观和扎实的设计基础；
2）熟悉杂志出刊流程，有杂志设计经验者优先；
3）能够高效完成工作，能承担加班的压力；
4）熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Dreamweaver、 Illustrator等设计软件；
5）思维活跃，有独特的创见，工作积极主动，善于学习，具有良好的人际沟通和语言表达能力。
岗位职责：
1）根据杂志风格进行出版物外包装及内页设计，在设计中与文字编辑合作完成整体编辑任务；
2）独立完成排版、设计、图片选取、完稿等工作，并保证工作质量，对图片有较高的鉴赏力；
3）与印刷厂沟通对接，解决杂志版面印刷问题；
4）协助公司其他部门完成相关设计工作。
5）1年以上杂志设计经验，美术设计、广告设计等相关专业
