Job Scope：

1. Assist with the implementation of the new risk management software for the Group and ongoing management and administration of the software.
2. Coordinate “update” of risk registers on a quarterly basis (or more frequently where risk profile changes significantly) ensuring risks are identified, reviewed and assessed by respective owners and status of risk treatment plans by liaising with “Risk Champions” and reporting to DRM.
3. Coordinate “review” of risk registers on an annual basis ensuring risks are identified, reviewed and assessed by respective owners and status of risk treatment plans by conduct of risk workshop(s) attended by Senior Management and reporting to DRM.
4. Assist DRM with annual “update” of Risk Management Framework Assessment by coordinating completion of survey questionnaires and reporting to DRM.
5. Participate in and/ or coordinate Process Improvement/ Project/ CAPEX/ Investment proposal risk assessments in conjunction with relevant project team and/ or coordinator.
6. Investigate and research emerging risks and trends in the industry advising
management where appropriate.
7. Assist periodic Risk Management Audits to validate status of risk mitigating strategies and ratings provided in the Risk Management Framework Assessments and report results to Senior Management and DRM.
8. Assist Post Investment Reviews of major CAPEX to ascertain whether proposal cost-benefits are being realised and report to Senior Management and DRM.
9. Assist with coordination of Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Liaise with Senior Management and DRM as to on-going effectiveness of BCP.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Proficiency in English;
3. Knowledge in Office Software, such as Words, Excel;
4. 1-2 years in Auditing, Internal Control, ESH or other advisory areas
