Job Responsibilities:

- Run MRP according to production planning capacity analysis-short term

- Issue PO according to MRP and PR

- Follow up daily delivery to match with production schedule and ensure on time delivery

- Quick response to unexpected increasing, solve problem in professional manner

- Control inventory for materials in scope of responsibilities

- Check with logistics warehouse empty space for receiving and monitor GR

- Pull in materials in situation of shortage, push out delivery when inventory is high

- Ensure supplies are of good quality, and support quality depart to solve quality problem and settle claim

- Coordinate between supplier and finance for payment and solve problems if any

- Evaluate suppliers performance on regular basis, notify supplier for poor performance and push for improvement

- Report on weekly/monthly basis of supplier activity (capacity, delivery, payment)

- Procurement cost controlling and response to cost saving

- Participate in continues improvement project of the company and department

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

Fluent English speaking and understanding

Skilled in SAP System

More than 3 years experience in related field, just like Purchasing, Planning and Supply Chain etc.

Good communication skills
