Have experience of managing projects or subprojects within operations, e.g. manufacturing site in an international environment.

·You have an engineering degree on bachelor level and a good technical understanding.

·3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company.

·Experience from improvement tools, e.g. 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.

·Experience within Auto CAD

·You have the ability to lead teams and interact in a matrix organization with different cultures.

·You have a structured mindset and an ability to communicate on all levels in English and Chinese.

·You are business oriented and delivery focused.

·You are performance oriented.
Depending on the type of projects, a certain amount of travelling is required.
