A Qingdao-based luxury leisure company distributing strong foreign brands products is looking for a motivated marketing professional to accompany our business expansion and join our driven team.

After a successful trial period and training, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the operational marketing of the company and its brands and report to the directors of the company.

Candidates must have an experience and background in marketing /communication and must be business oriented.

Responsibilities

ONLINE & OFFLINE COMMUNICATION:

• Media and News management, content production and spreading
• Animation, maintenance and development of the company’s websites, social networks, emailings…
• Articles, press releases, advertising

EVENTS: planning, implementation and management of company’s events

BRANDING: maintain and develop strong brands

CRM: development and implementation of tools and activities to strengthen customer relations

MARKETING TOOLS: development and maintenance of stock of marketing equipment and materials

MARKET: regular coverage and research of the market conditions

BUDGET, NEGOTIATION & PURCHASING responsibilities

Qualifications

In order to be considered, candidates MUST have:

• a solid track-record of successful marketing missions and achievements
• a good professional / social network of trend setters, media, people, high-net individuals…
• excellent communication (written and oral, English and Chinese), presentation, speaking and social skills
• Good written and oral English
• one 2-years uninterrupted working experience in a marketing position (preferably within luxury industry).
• Be proficient with IT tools (mail, internet, ppt, adobe, social medias etc…)
• Luxury goods and leisure, design, journalism, communication or advertising agency skills or experiences are a plus

25-40 years old

Very social and outgoing, excellence in building up and maintaining social relations

Nice, clean and representative appearance and attitude

Curious, driven, friendly, proactive, professional and efficient

Interested in buzz, trends, luxury products and lifestyles, following and setting trends and people

Ability to work under pressure and willing to meet diversified challenges

Location: Qingdao with regional and national travels
