Position: Mechanical Technician

Reporting to： Facility Manager

Job:

- Plant comprising 25 machine tools, CMMs, Component Cleaning Systems, testing equipment, Paint facility, Craneage, Material Handling equipment and all asscociated equipment
- TPM – Total productive maintenance.
- Planned and corrective maintenance of CNC Machine tools
- Machine tool alignment and calibration methodology and processes
- Planned and corrective maintenance of all ancillary production equipment.
- Maintenance agreements & contracts

Responsibilities:

· Manage maintenance personnel to maintain production plant and ancillary equipment utilising planned, preventative and corrective maintenance on a 24/7 basis
· Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for Health and Safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
· Monitoring and prioritisation of workload to meet plant uptime objectives.
· Specification and Selection of compatible spare parts.
· Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to maintenance activities.
· Implement service contracts relating to the planned maintenance of equipment and support

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree with mechanical major or related discipline

· 5 Year Mechanical apprenticeship ( middle level mechanical engineer license)
· 2 years post apprenticeship experience maintaining CNC machining, turning and grinding centres in a maintenance/field service environment.
· 5 years Mechanical experience maintaining CNC Machine tools. Ideally Mori Seiki and/or Makino
· Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
· Working knowledge and experience of Health & Safety legislation

· 监视、记录、分析和汇报与维修相关的行动、趋势、结果和建议
· 管理相关供应商
职位要求：
· 本科学历，机械或相关专业。中级工程师证书
· 制造类工厂相关工作经验5年以上
· 两年数控机床维修经验，数控切削或磨床机床服务经验
· 5年工装经验。尤其是对日本精工或牧野机床的工装配套
· 会使用办公系统软件，操作维修管理系统软件
