The Regional Sales Manager has a significant impact on the growth and success of Makino China
The Regional Sales Manager grows, develops, and enhances Dealer support by providing leadership in the following four primary areas of responsibility:

1) Employee Development
2) Section Management
3) Dealer Management
4) New customer Development

The Regional Sales Manager will work under the direction of the GM of Makino China. A Regional Sales Manager will perform the following functions for the team:

¨ Dealer management and new customers development
¨ Survey on competitor’s product and customers
¨ Customer visits and mould show contacts and arrangements
¨ Work with Dealers sales staff to qualify demonstrations and test cuts
¨ Help the dealers choose the right customer – Set up technical support to visit on sales call
¨ Manage after sales service and support
¨ Motivate the team of dealers
¨ Maintain expense control per budget
¨ Perform any other duties as assigne

Qualifications:
Required:
¨ Understanding of Die Mold Process and competitors’ situation
¨ Technical experience within the mold industry
¨ Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously/organizational skills
¨ Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
¨ Willingness to travel to customer sites
