青岛招聘

1、工时、休假、加班管理：
- 每周完成员工工时、休假的情况统计，并及时公布；
- 准确、按时（每周、每月）完成各类报表。
2、人员薪酬福利管理：
- 对员工人事事务工作进行日常管理，包括但不限于：定期召开员工沟通会。
- 负责工厂工人劳动合同、 入职材料、 社会保险，医疗保险等事务。
- 员工离职率及离职原因分析。
3、招聘：发布招聘广告、筛选应聘简历、部分职位的初次面试。
4、培训：
- 对员工培训计划的实施情况予以跟进，并对培训的质量、效果进行分析；
- 完善员工入职培训体系，更新课件。
5、直属经理交付的其他工作。


要求：
人力资源专业优先；
良好的沟通能力，乐于接受挑战；
英语听说能力优秀，文笔良好；
细心踏实，工作认真
