Summary:

该职位负责制定车间的工艺设定，变更，改进等，并提供生产方面的技术支持。

This position is responsible for the set up workshop process flow, change, improve and so on…, and give the technical support to the issues of the production.

Responsibilities:

1.负责车间的标准作业规范的设定，编写相应作业指导书。

Responsible for set up the staples workshop standard work , create working instruction.

2.制定标准工时，并维护更新。

Set up standard working time (cycle time), Keep in been updated.

3.对员工的操作进行必要的生产流程、工艺培训。

Give the training for the operators on the production flow and process.

4.对生产工艺的不断的优化，改进。

Optimize and improve the process.

5.参与质量问题的分析，找出对应措施，提高产品质量。

Get involved into the quality issue analyze, find out correspondingly countermeasure, improve the quality.

6.优化生产现场布局，减少没有附加值的工作。

Optimize the production area layout, reduce the NVA work.

7. 新产品导入，确定产品工艺路线以及相关技术参数设定，设计工装夹具。

Get involved to the new products introduction, set up the process route and related process parameter, design the fixtures accordingly.

8.其他部门或车间安排的相关工作。

Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1.大学专科以上学历。

College degree or above.

2.工业工程,或者机械相关专业。

Major in industry engineering or mechanical related.

3.熟悉工艺路线的设定,标准时间的设定, 熟练使用办公软件以及CAD。

Familiar with the process flow and standard working time set up, capable to use the office software and CAD.

4. 2年以上机械行业工艺工程师的工作经验。

At least 2 years working experience as process engineer in mechanical industry

5. 能用英文进行日常的工作交流，能够阅读英文图纸以及技术文件。

Be able to use English to make daily communication on work, and be able to read English drawing and technical documents.

6.具备强烈的责任心，优秀的沟通、协调能力，具备团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作，有创新能力。

Have a strong sense of responsibilities; excellent communication and coordination skill; team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive and high efficient; have the capability of innovation.
