青岛招聘

Main Duties:
1.Determination and implementation of welding parameters；

2.Creation and maintain welding parameter documentation；

3.Control in production for the application of the prescribed Parameters；

4.Training of plant personnel in welding subjects；

5.Cooperation with new projects, BOVIS；

6.Assistance at negotiations with suppliers；

7.Perform audits in production；

8.Follow up of new welding tec

Background skills:
1.BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related major；

2.5 years professional experience in welding field；

3.Good understanding of safety and engineering guidelines in a manufacturing environment；

4.Strong communication and people management skills, good team player.
