Main Duties:
1. Budget for Capex.
2. Write-up and update process documentation.
3. Continues improvement of the current process.
4. Assist production supervisor in daily operation.
5. Operators training and qualification
6. Work with quality department on improving product quality level
7. Work with maintenance department in equipment improvement and maintenance
8. New product development
9. C+2 report to process supervisor and manager
10. Work with EHS department to evaluate EHS risk for each new process and process changing

Background Skills:
1. BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, polymer science or composite material background.
2. At least 2 years process experiences within polymer industry, continuous production line process experiences preferred.
3. Adhesive coating and lamination experience preferred
4. Good English level in writing and speaking. translation of technical documents
5. Good in MS Office literature, data statistical software experiences preferred.
6 Knowledge on ISO/TS auditing and 6 Sigma preferred
7. Good communication skill, strong team spirit
8. Be responsible and self-motivated
