KEY PROCESSES (Ownership/Participation):
1. Develop ceiling suspension system strategy and selling tactics to hit both volume and profit target.
2. Technical support in the field on suspension system solution, special product requests, specifications, demonstration etc.
3. Making joint sales calls with Armstrong sales team on key projects & customers.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional team including Sales, CSC, Logistic, Technical, Quality, Finance and Production etc.
5. Responsible for price control and special price offering to ensure hit budget price and profit.
6. Coordinate with customers, sales and plant to provide assistance & solutions on complaints;
7. Monitor the project tracking and sales forecast.
8. Assist training to key projects, distributors, contractors on suspension system solution, specifications and claim handling etc.
9. Monitor and report on competitor activities. Responsible for market and competitor survey,
and updating competitive matrix to provide unique selling suggestions and training to sales team on advantages of Armstrong grid Vs competition and to help gain market position.
10. Support key company metrics: Safety, Process effectiveness and financial performance
