职位描述
Report to: VP International Markets
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
Achieves company sales goals in accordance to the company plan
Develops sales strategy for the commercially released products. Develops a targeted sales approach that optimizes our chances of success.
Executes market survey in the territories to define and target appropriate customers
Directs marketing activities in the territory to achieve the company goals
Directs and coordinates sales distribution by establishing distribution channels, define sales territories, quotas, and goals
Work in cooperation with the reimbursement, Sites’ Development and regulatory and service teams to achieve the relevant goals.
Advises, manage and directs dealers, distributors in execution of sales and marketing activities
Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Delivers sales presentations to key clients and strategic accounts in coordination with external sales representatives (dealers & distributors)
Meets with key clients, assisting sales efforts with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals
Serves as liaison and manage the relations with the company distributor(s) business partners in Russia and support their activities in order to achieve the parties’ goals and objectives
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
Estimated travel time: 40 %
Education and/or Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Medical Devices industry (preferred in Sales of expensive capital imaging equipment to hospitals)
Multi-lingual with perfect English communication abilities.
