职位描述
Responsibilities 职责:
1. Responsible for leading cross-functional Program team to reach the target of timing, cost and quality,
in every program phase, to deliver successful Program
负责领导跨部门的项目组达成项目各阶段的时间、成本、质量目标，以成功完成项目
2. Responsible to integrate and coordinate program timing plan to meet customer requirement
负责集成并协调项目时间计划，以满足客户需求
3. Responsible for leading program team, organizing regularly program meeting to follow up the program
status 负责项目团队的领导，定期组织项目小组会议跟踪项目状态
4. Responsible for Program risk identification, to take timely risk prevention measures, if necessary, to
obtain management support 负责项目的风险识别，及时采取风险预防措施，必要时获取管理层的支持
5. Responsible for communication with Customer, in term of program management
负责在项目管理方面与客户的沟通
6. Support the Commercial for Market expansion 支持商务进行业务拓展
7. Support communication with supplier, in term of program management
协助在项目管理方面与供应商的沟通
8. Support setting up and maintaining related procedure and working instruction
协助建立和维护相关的程序文件及作业指导书
9. Other jobs related to Program Management 其他与项目管理相关的工作
Requirements 要求:
1. University degree or above, majored in engineering
工程专业本科以上学历
2. More than 5 years working experience in Auto area, and at least 3 years working for program
management 5 年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，并且至少 3 年相关项目管理工作经验
3. EMS system related working experience is preferred
如有相关 EMS 系统的工作经验优先
4. Good communication and fast learning
良好的沟通能力和优秀的学习能力
5. Excellent ability in English
