RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the local AQ-team is working according to Benteler QM Systems.
-Develop the team qualification by training and coaching of internal and external methods and requirements.
-Ensure over regional alignment from QM-Point of view in global projects.
-Ensure that the project related planning documentation will be available in time and inline according to the internal/external requirement.
-Capacity planning and workload distribution.
-Continuous improvement of Identifying and implementation of new/better QM methods and tools in close.
-Cooperation with the PG_QM_Headquater in Paderborn.

EXPERIENCES NEEDED:
- University degree in mechanical engineering / production technologies
- 3 years business experiences in a comparable position
- willing / able to travel in China (customers, suppliers, plants, etc)
-Fluet English language skills (writing & speaking)
