Responsibilities:

- Assist FD on preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast and monitor on a monthly basis.

- Treasury/Taxation daily management
- Handles clients/vendor contract issues and follow up with legal adviser.
- Reporting and financial analysis supervision

- SOX compliance on daily operation

- Handle both internal and external auditor for financial audit and SOX audit.

- Assist FD on finance team management

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with Accounting or Finance major.
- 6-8 years of solid experience in Finance department of a multinational company, Marketing/Communication/Media/Advertising industry is preferred. Audit experience will be a plus.

- Solid financial analysis experiences.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to maintain confidential financial data and information.
- Able to work under pressure and prepare ad-hoc reporting to meet the tight deadline.

- Being flexible for different work location (Guangzhou & Shanghai).
