职位描述
Key Responsibilities：
1. Provide pre-sales project management support in machine configuration system design, and proposal preparation for regional sales teams and customers.
2. Fully understand customer technical requirement and optimize proposal in terms of machine quantity, machine configuration and material flow based on customer requirement.
3. After-sales service, support post sales on-site service support activities such as system start-up, commissioning, training and maintenance.
4. Working with our Germany head office to resolve any technical issues.
5. Prepare sorting process flow diagram with CAD drawing tools.
6. Assist customers and business partners for system start-up preparation such as site preparation for machine installation and etc.
7. Assist machine acceptance after installation, plus application support and after machines installation.
8. Conduct technical training for external and internal stake holders.
9. Coordinate and conduct customers’ sample test trials and preparation of test reports.
10. When necessary, support global projects’ commissioning and start-up activities.
Position Requirements ：
1. Minimum engineering diploma in electronic, electrical, or mechatronics engineering with troubles shooting experience on optical sensors and spectrometer.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ relevant or similar field service experience in industrial equipment is required.
3. Experience in plastic manufacturing industry preferred.
4. Experience in project management preferred.
5. Effective communication skill , plus fluent written and spoken Germany/English, is required , but German first..
6. Able to travel regionally and globally in short notice.
7. An independent professional with good working knowledge of Microsoft suites and CAD software.
8.To be sensitive on cross cultural norms and be pleasant to work in dynamic and cross border environment with strong customer orientation.
9.To succeed in this new position, you must have the passion and pride for both field service and project management work in the recycling industries to help our customers to protect the environment.
