Responsibility
职责描述:
- Development and visit periodic the accounts in tire fields,to keep the good operation connection with them and understand their demands.
- Following up the business action and development status of account in time ,tiding and analyse accounts information to establish archives.
- Implement company's sales target
- Following out the strategy of distribution and marketing to achieve corporation goals.
- Deal with the accounts complaints, to correspond the service of logistics and technic and to provide the after service for accounts
- Providing the productions explainment,training and instruction for accounts.
1`开发轮胎行业的大客户,并定期拜访客户,与其保持良好的业务关系,了解他们的需求.
2`及时跟踪大客户的活动`业务发展,进行信息整理与分析,建立大客户档案.
3`实现公司指定的销售目标.
4`贯彻和执行销售`市场策略,实现公司长期目标.
5`处理大客户投诉,协调物流和技术服务,为大客户提供售后服务.
6`为大客户提供产品的讲解`培训和指导.

Qualification Requirements
资格要求:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in relation fields
- Academy and obove is required in business administration or marketing major
- Familiar with rubber,tire,auto fields, with good experience in famous tire corporations such as MICHELIN,GOODYEAR,etc is preferred
- Excellent in both English and Chinese (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- Excellent communication skills and strong correspond ability
- Ability to multi-task, handle stress and issues well
- With high team spirit
1`营销专业大专及以上学历,相关工作经验3年以上;
2`对橡胶`轮胎`汽车行业清楚,有米其林`固特异`普林期通等工作经历尤佳.
3`流利的英语读写听说能力;
4`工作积极主动,具备优秀的协调能力;
5`具备敏锐的商业眼光及头脑;
6`能够在压力下工作,具有团队合作精神
