Job Responsibilities:

· Helping customers with designing in latest Wireless Audio technology and software based on Microchip's Jukeblox SDK, Kleernet SDK and 802.11a/b/g/n SOC

· Support customers through complete product development lifecycle from requirements analysis, inital development, system integration, trouble-shooting certification and manufacturing support

· Work with multi-site cross functional team including RF, WiFi and Software engineers to ensuring timely delivery of features

· Work with Microchip's design partners

· Periodically train Microchip's FAE team

· Travel to customer site as required

Job Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in design, development and deployment of wireless software products

· Detailed knowledge/experience in uPnP, DLNA and other networking protocols

· Detailed knowledge/experience of Wireless LAN specifications – WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1/3.0/4.0

· Hands on experience in implementing protocols and debugging preferred

· Experience with RF & WiFi measurement and analysis tools including sniffers, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers and simulation software

· Knowledge of Audio systems is highly desirable

· Strong verbal and written skills in the English language
