DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责内容
1.Manage all bank information and control cash balance.
银行信息管理及控制现金收支
2.Perform and report all cash & bank transactions.
现金收付管理;银行单据提取、核对
3.forecast cash flow and balance
现金流预测及收支平衡
4.Bank reconciliation monthly.
每月银行对帐
5.purchase, issue and maintain VAT fapiao
发票的购买、开具、登记和保管;
6.AR collection and credit control
应收帐款和信贷控制
7.Coordinate with banks, SAFE, tax bureau and internal colleagues
与银行、税务等部门的对外接洽与联络、及内部员工协调
8.Other duties as may be required by manager
协助上级完成其他日常事务性工作。



Qualification and requirements 任职资格及要求
9.Degree of finance or accounting
财务、会计 等相关专业大专以上学历
10.1 years or above of cashier or accounting experience in foreign invested company.
具有扎实的会计基础知识或一年以上实际外资企业财会工作经验;
11.Experience of using Kingdee k3 is a preference.
使用金蝶K3经验优先。
12.Good knowledge of VAT fapiao process
具备增值税发票流程知识
13.Ability to communicate in written English
英语书面沟通能力。
14.Good computer skills especially in Microsoft office applications
良好的电脑技能，必须熟悉微软办公软件
15.High-level integrity ,trustworthy, detail-oriented and self-initiative.

16.Team player.

17.Good communication, interpersonal, understanding and analysis skills.
