建筑工程检测Sales Manager
(欧美独资,建筑工程领先行业,负责南区建筑项目管理 ,广阔发展)
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales manager work with technical consultancy products and services in many areas including:
? Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
? Visiting potential customers for new business.
? Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
? Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback.
? Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face.
? Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
? Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
? Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
? Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with N+1 manager.
? Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the head office.
? Reviewing the own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
? Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
Skills and Specifications
? Excellent communication skills.
? Strong commercial awareness.
? A confident and determined approach.
? Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
? A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
? The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
? Fluency in English is preferred.
Education and Qualifications
? 5 years or above of Sales, Marketing or Construction Engineering Relevant experience
? Degree in Civil / Building Engineering, or in the field of business management, advertising, public relations and sales and marketing.
? Good computer knowledge at Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
