职位概述

The Chief Learning Officer will direct and coordinate the activities of the UFH Learning Center (UFHLC). As such, he/she will be responsible for development and oversight of all training activities within the UFH system. This will involve setting the strategic direction, organizing the resources, implementing the programs and evaluating the effectiveness of clinical and non-clinical training activities across the UFH system.

1. Drive the corporate strategy and align the development of people with the UFH organizational goals

2. Responsible for daily management of all kinds of intelligence resources within the organization.

3. Planning the training and development strategy

4. To enhance the capability of the employees in the organization, to help improve the performance of employees

5. Designing, managing, evaluating and refining clinical and non-clinical training activities that:

6. explain UFH policies, guidelines, rules and regulations

7. train and enhance the training of personnel in their respective disciplines according to UFH requirements

8. train UFH personnel in patient/family/customer service techniques

9. identify and promote growth in UFH personnel skilled in healthcare management and healthcare operations

10. ensure the correct and efficient use of UFH equipment and facilities

11. Formulating and compiling printed and digital versions of UFH regulations for distribution to UFH personnel

12. Conducting, facilitating and/or supporting seminars in UFH facilities to upgrade personnel knowledge of the latest developments in the organization

13. Planning, facilitating, and/or supporting motivational programs to inspire personnel and encourage them to work to their optimum effectiveness and efficiency

14. Monitoring the training progress of all UFH employees in conjunction with the human resource department and/or clinical staff offices and/or clinical centers

15. Collaborating with academic and subject matter experts in the oversight of short and long-term clinical training initiatives across the UFH system.

16. Liaise with other UFH and service area personnel to enhance a culture of learning across the UFH system. Display training effect on organizational performance.

17. Formulation of appropriate UFHTC budgets.

18. Representation of the Vice President for Medical Affairs as delegated.

19. Other responsibilities as assigned by the UFH Vice President for Medical Affairs.

任职条件

1. Graduate level degree (or equivalent) in education, business, public health, medicine, nursing, psychology or communications

2. At least 5 years of post-degree, training management experience at one or more corporate, academic or charity institutions

3. A full complement of skills, from business analytics, technology, learning theory, performance consulting and scientific inquiry are important for success.

4. Leadership skills and be able clearly handle the training management

5. Visionary professional who wants to build and improve the level of healthcare across China

6. Proactive, creative, team leader who can contribute to the development of UFH

7. Communicating effectively orally and in writing

8. Using computers, computer software and other digital devices to communicate with professional staff

9. Fluency in English (spoken and written); working knowledge of Mandarin preferred, but not required.

10. Comprehensive familiarity with principles of adult education and learning.

11. Understanding of proven management principles.

12. Familiarity with adult education curriculum design.

13. Experience with a variety of educational modalities including didactic, virtual, experiential and self-directed.

14. Ability to design, apply and interpret results course evaluation tools.
