Responsibilities:

* Conduct supplier production capacity assessment to identify the production capacity of existing and new suppliers

* Conduct code of conduct audits on site at our suppliers according to local legislation & company Code of Conduct on Social issues

* Work closely with the local commercial and technical teams to ensure the timely update of supplier status, audit results, and the follow-up and implementation of corrective action plans

* Be responsible for new supplier approval process

* Improve suppliers' social performance by following up on Corrective Action Plans

* Support suppliers in development activities

* Involved in other CSR projects as requested

Requirements:

* Minimum three years of work experience in the field.

* Experience on SHOES production capacity management is a must; Experience on social audit is preferable.

* Understanding of Chinese labor, health and safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

* Knowledge of production process in factory especially shoes industry is necessary.

* SA8000 certificated auditor is preferred.

* Proficient in report writing

* Strict adherence to timelines / deadlines

* Frequent travel inside South China is required; occasionally travel to other parts of China.

* Good language and communication skills (Mandarin and English).

* High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
